4.0 Earthquake struck a Massachusetts’ coastline

 On Sunday morning, according to preliminary information from the US Geological Survey, a 4.0 magnitude earthquake struck near Bliss Corner, Massachusetts. The quake was felt more than 100 miles away, in Connecticut, New Hampshire and Smith Point Park, New York, on Long Island, some eyewitnesses reported.

Family and friends of those aboard have gathered on shore line of Smith Point Beach in Shirley on the east end of Fire Island to remember those lost during the TWA Flight 800 for the past 23 years.
