Last night, Officers Temme and Woodhead, SP class of 2010, now from the (NYPD) Scuba Team responded to a distressed kayaker who fell into the water (Hudson River, NYC). Using their training, they immediately dove into the water and quickly brought up the man to safety. Way to go Brian, making Smith Point Lifeguards proud!
