2019 USLA National Lifeguard Championship
The 2019 USLA National Lifeguard Championships registration is open at www.uslanationals.org. This year, when adult lifeguards are registering online, you are asked to select the Open/Age Group events you are expecting to compete in. It is requested that you try to be realistic and not just select everything. There is no penalty for additions or for asking to be removed, but the point of the effort is to try and reduce marshalling times. There will be a check-in on event day where you can either add or drop. Good luck!

Junior Guards and U19 participants do not need to select the events they are participating in.
