9/11 – 24 years later

On the morning of September 11, 2001, the United States experienced one of the deadliest terrorist attacks in its history. Nearly 3,000 people were killed in the coordinated attacks, including civilians, first responders, and military personnel. The events of 9/11 led to a global response and marking a turning point in world history.
