Smith Point and Cupsogue beaches are closed Friday (8/22/25) due to Hurricane Erin
Due to the high surf conditions at Smith Point and Cupsogue County Parks, both beaches are closed to swimming Friday, August 22, 2025. Please use caution if visiting the beaches and do not enter the water.
