Crossfit Undertow celebrates 5 years!

5 YEARS AGO- a couple of twenty six year old kids start up their very first business… what a wild journey it has been. We are completely lost for words to even explain what this experience has been like… one word that sticks out though – FUN – We have had such a blast in and out of these four walls. The friendships, triumphs, PRs, events, parties, and everything in between have all been so memorable. We can only hope that you all feel the same way. Without our incredible community we would not be where we are today. You all have stuck by our side through thick and thin (literally… this past year threw us for a loop) So… thank YOU for giving us the opportunity to continue what we love to do. The celebration will continue this Saturday! See you there! Congratulations Domenique and Patrick!

What is CrossFit?

How do I get started?

Getting started is simple! Contact us via phone or through our contact form to book your FREE private introduction! You and a coach will discuss your fitness/life goals, learn about what CrossFit is, learn basic movements, and be put through a “Baseline Workout”. This introduction takes about 45 minutes and will be scheduled around our class times. From there we invite you to come back for 2 FREE group classes!


Is CrossFit safe?

YES! Safety is our number one priority. Our certified instructors will insure you are completing each workout in the safest way. Each class is structured to review each movement and it’s scaling options. Every single movement can be modified to meet your abilities. If you are ever unsure how to modify a movement, ask a coach! We are more than happy to guide you!

Ask about hosting your child’s birthday party right here at CrossFit Undertow! 1.5hrs of games and mini wods, last half hour for pinata (supplied by us), food, and gifts. Contact us by phone or email for more information.
